Build Time
Most builds are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on specification and component availability. Your estimated dispatch date is confirmed by email.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your PC is built, tested, and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your courier and a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Gaming PC Delivery UK — Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and accessible.
Estimated Delivery
We aim to deliver within 30 days of your order being confirmed. If we’re ever unable to meet this, we’ll contact you with a revised date or a full refund.
Receiving Your PC
Check the outer box before signing for delivery. If it looks damaged, note this with the driver before accepting it.
Damage in Transit
Inspect your PC within 48 hours of delivery. If there’s any damage, photograph it and contact us straight away — keep the original packaging until it’s resolved.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery can’t be completed after a reasonable number of attempts, your PC may be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
