Your gaming PC warranty UK guide — every PC we build is covered by two types of warranty, our own 12-month labour warranty plus the manufacturer warranty on each individual component. Here’s how it all works.
Gaming PC Warranty UK — Two Types of Cover
We provide a 12-month labour warranty covering faults from our build process. This runs alongside the manufacturer’s own warranty on each component, which we don’t control but will always help you use.
What’s Covered
Faults caused directly by our build process — incorrectly seated components, poor thermal paste application, or incorrect cable connections. Resolved at no cost within 12 months.
What’s Not Covered
Physical or liquid damage, unauthorised modification, overclocking beyond manufacturer spec, software issues, or normal wear and tear.
Making a Claim
Email us at support@packapunchpcs.co.uk with your order reference, a description of the fault, and photos or video where possible. We aim to respond within 4 business hours.
Your Build Sheet
Every PC comes with a build sheet listing your component serial numbers and QA results. Keep it safe — it’s your record for manufacturer warranty claims.
Your Statutory Rights
Within 30 days: full refund if faulty. Within 6 months: repair or replacement. 6 months to 6 years: price reduction or refund if repair isn’t possible.
