Refund and Returns Policy
Returns work a little differently depending on whether you’ve bought a Pre-Built or Custom-Built PC. Here’s a summary — the full policy is available to download below.
Pre-Built PCs
Full 14-day right to cancel from delivery. We arrange and cover collection, and there’s no restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.
Custom-Built PCs
Made to your spec, so the 14-day right doesn’t apply by law. As a goodwill gesture we’ll still consider returns within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Faulty or Dead on Arrival
Within 30 days: full refund, repair, or replacement — your choice. Between 30 days and 6 months: we’ll repair or replace first, then refund if that’s not possible.
Transit Damage
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange collection and offer a replacement or full refund without waiting on any courier claim.
Return Conditions
You’ll need a valid RMA number before returning anything, and the product must come back in its original condition with all accessories included.
What We Can’t Accept
Physical or liquid damage, removed or swapped components, unauthorised overclocking damage, or returns made without an RMA number.
Who Pays Collection
We cover collection costs for faults, DOA, transit damage, our own errors, and standard Pre-Built change-of-mind returns — you never need to arrange your own courier.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
