Use our online configurator to build your PC exactly how you want it. Choose your components step by step — from the GPU and CPU through to storage, cooling and case — and your price updates as you go. Once you’re happy, add it to your basket and checkout, and we’ll get building.

Yes. While our pre-built machines are configured to offer great value as they are, you can use our configurator to build a completely custom machine tailored to your exact needs and budget.

Every machine is built to order and thoroughly tested before it leaves us. Build and dispatch typically takes up to one week, ensuring your PC is assembled carefully and performs exactly as it should before shipping.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Delivery is calculated at checkout, as the cost varies depending on the specification and weight of your build. Every machine is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Every Pack-A-Punch PC comes with a 1-year warranty covering parts and labour, followed by a further 2 years of labour cover — 3 years of support in total. We act as your single point of contact throughout: if something goes wrong, you deal with us, not multiple manufacturers. Our warranty covers genuine faults in components and our workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, physical or liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification. Full details are on our Warranty Information page.

Just get in touch and we’ll help you diagnose the issue. If it’s covered under warranty, we’ll arrange for your machine to be returned to us, carry out the repair, test it thoroughly, and send it back to you working as it should. See our Warranty Information page for the full process.

Absolutely. We offer customer support seven days a week and are always happy to help, whether it’s a technical question or after-sales support. Just reach out through our Contact page.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. For higher-value orders, we also accept bank transfer. We do not currently offer finance.

Yes. Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details of how returns and cancellations work are on our Returns Policy and Right to Cancel pages.
