Your right to cancel an order explained — this covers standard pre-built PCs, since custom builds work a little differently as explained below. Full legal wording is available in our Terms & Conditions.
Who This Applies To
This 14-day right to cancel applies to standard Pre-Built PC orders. Custom PC builds work differently — see “Custom Builds” below.
Your Cancellation Window
You have 14 days from the day after your PC is delivered to tell us you want to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returning the PC
Once you’ve told us you’re cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to return the PC to us.
Your Refund
You’ll receive a full refund, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of us receiving the returned PC.
Return Postage
Returning the PC is at your own cost, unless it’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.
Custom Builds
Custom PC builds are made to your individual specification, so they’re exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right. This will always be made clear before you place a custom order.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
None of this affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described — those rights apply regardless of build type or cancellation window.
